Oh, please protect the unborn--they are so precious!

Fetuses found to have memories - Washington Times

"They weigh less than 3 pounds, usually, and are perhaps 15 inches long. But they can remember.

The unborn have memories, according to medical researchers who used sound and vibration stimulation, combined with sonography, to reveal that the human fetus displays short-term memory from at least 30 weeks gestation - or about two months before they are born."

No Teaching Certificate? No Problem

Here's an insightful & encouraging article from Barbara Frank at HomeEducator.com.

Home Educator's Family Times

"Dr. Brian Ray, in the most in-depth nationwide study on home education across the United States, collected data on 5,402 students from 1,657 families. Homeschool students' academic achievement, on average, was significantly above that of public-school students. In addition, the home educated did well even if their parents were not certified teachers and if the state did not highly regulate homeschooling."

Its Not Just That Global Warming Is Fake. What Matters Is Why This Fakery Is Being Promoted.

"Global warming is based 100% on junk science. The most vocal promoters are not interested in the details of physical science. They are interested in two things: political control over the general public and the establishment of international socialism."

We knew there was an agenda other than saving the earth that the global warming crowd was promoting--namely, socialism (I know, such a shocking revelation). In this article by Gary North, he shows us where one of the bigwig socialists admitted to it. Follow the linked title for the full article.

Professor discovers part of lost C. S. Lewis book manuscript | San Marcos Mercury

: "What if two of the most famous and widely read 20th Century authors who have each individually sold millions of copies of their books had written a book together?

C. S. Lewis, author of the Narnia Chronicles and Screwtape Letters, and J. R. R. Tolkien, author of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, had planned in the 1940s to write a book together about language. According to a letter written by Tolkien in 1944 to his son Christopher, the collaborative book was to be called Language and Human Nature. A news release from their publisher announced that the book was scheduled for publication in 1950. It was, however, never published. Scholars have thought, until now, that it was never started."

The Real Reason Why Breast Cancer is Plummeting

The Real Reason Why Breast Cancer is Plummeting:

"The death rate due to cancer has declined in the United States in recent years. In fact, 650,000 lives were spared from cancer between 1990 and 2005.

A decrease in deaths from breast cancer accounted for 37 percent of the reduction in the death rate among women during the 15-year period. This is largely due to a decreased use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which has been shown to increase a woman's risk of developing breast cancer."
